So, you have health issues you want to address? And you want to use natural remedies such as herbs and/or essential oils, but you don’t know where to begin? So how DO you begin? Which herbs or oils do you take? What company do you buy from? Will herbs interfere with your prescriptions? How do you know how much to take? How do you know about the quality? How do you know who or what to believe?

How Can I Help?

This is where I come in … a real, live person you can actually talk to and get some guidance from; someone who can formulate a program specific to YOUR needs based on YOUR current state of health to help you find the right answers for YOU; someone who can save you the wasted time, money and frustration from trying different things on your own. Together, we can effectively address your body’s imbalances and get you headed back in the right direction so you can feel great doing what you love to do!

During your consultations with me, we’ll be looking at your health concerns from a different perspective than what you’re probably accustomed to … we’ll be focusing on restoring your health rather than on naming a disease or supressing your symptoms (as conventional medicine does). I do not diagnose disease or prescribe anything to treat disease. As an Herbalist, I look for your weakest body systems and the root(s) of your health issues, then determine the best course of action for you … and as we work together to rebuild your health, we simply watch your symptoms start to quietly disappear.

Please keep in mind that turning your health around is a process – sometimes a long one, sometimes not so long, depending on your current state of health and your level of commitment to get well. Your condition probably didn’t deteriorate overnight, so please give your body the time and care it needs to regenerate.

How Do I Know What Your Body Needs?

You and your body tell me. More specifically, though, I use some traditional forms of assessment, such as tongue and pulse analysis, Iridology, and an analysis of various questionnaires you’ll be filling out. I also use a tool called the Zyto Compass, which scans 76 different biomarkers throughout your body, with the end result being your body communicating what it needs nutritionally to get it back into balance.

Whether you’re scheduling a full consultation, a mini consultation or a phone consultation, you will be redirected back here to this site after payment for instructions on how to receive your forms and questionnaires. Please complete the questionnaires as honestly and completely as possible. Once you’ve completed your paperwork, please bring it with you on the day of your appointment, or, if you’re doing a phone consultation, mail it all back to me as follows:

Full Consultation – $75.00

When you come for your appointment, plan to spend about 30 minutes or so with me. I’ll take pictures of your eyes, do a pulse and tongue analysis, a Compass scan, and we’ll go over the paperwork you bring with you (the forms and questionnaires you will have already filled out). The information obtained from these tools will be our starting point for building a plan of action so your body can get the healing process started. It will take a little time for me to go through and assess everything, so within a couple of days I will email my analysis back to you, along with the pictures of your eyes and a recommended program for you to get started with.

Mini Consultation – $30.00

Phone Consultation – $30.00

The phone consultation takes about 30 minutes, and includes a review of the questionnaires and paperwork you filled out and mailed back to me. We will use this information to build your herbal program. Schedule your consultation here after receiving your forms, etc., from me.

Don’t Want a Consultation?

For those of you who want to do-it-yourself, you can take my FREE online health analysis. This is a quick and easy way to get a general idea where to get started on your journey back to health.

Complete the analysis then click on “calculate results”. You will see a graph of your results in the center of the page listing each body system, and a corresponding bar indicating the percentage it is out of balance. The higher the percentage, the more out of balance that body system is.

As you scroll down the page, you’ll see products suggested for each body system, in order from the highest percentage to the lowest. I recommend starting with the products from only one or two of the highest percentage systems since that is what should be addressed first, and also because you don’t want to overwhelm yourself … slow is better). Also, the products included in the “packs” for each body system are a great way to generally balance that body system, and you get an extra 10% discount! You’ll be on your way!

A quick note here … when ordering products, you’ll notice the member costs are significantly lower than the retail amounts. I recommend becoming a member … membership is free for one year with the purchase of $40 worth of products, and savings are significant. You’re not obligated to purchase another thing if you don’t want to, but if you do choose to buy products down the road, you can actually wind up with a rebate check each month in addition to what you’re already saving.
